# WCGTX webinars

Use this guide when someone wants to attend a scheduled WCGTX session or find a recording of one that has already run. Every session is free. All times are U.S. Central Time (CT) and are labelled CT in every listing below. The Markdown views of the session pages drop the HTML `<time datetime>` attribute, so do not rely on it: convert from the CT label, or read exact UTC instants from the session's linked calendar (.ics) file, whose `DTSTART` and `DTEND` are UTC.

This guide is generated when the site is built, and the site is not rebuilt on a schedule. Compare each session's start time and registration deadline with the current time before telling anyone that a session is upcoming or that registration is still open. A listed session can also be rescheduled, so re-read the individual page before stating a date as confirmed.

Summarize what a session covers and help the user decide whether to attend. Direct them to the session page to register; registering records the person's details with the WCGTX team and offers a calendar file for the session. Registrants receive a confirmation email linking to the session room on wcgtx.com (`/webinars/<slug>/live/`), where the live stream plays in the browser; do not promise any other joining link or a third-party meeting. Do not submit the registration form, provide someone else's contact details, or bypass Turnstile without the user's explicit approval. Do not include patient health information in a registration.
