Monte Mitchell, MD

Dr. Monte Mitchell comes to us with 35 years’ experience in Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine and holds fellowships in ER, Family and Legal Medicine. He is also a lawyer in the state of Texas for 25 years and has actively worked in the areas of malpractice, personal injury, and family law as well as corporate, contract, and property law. He has a degree from seminary in ethical conduct and is a seasoned policiesitical activist. Dr. Mitchell is married to Hannah and they have one child, 5 dogs, 5 cats, and 8 chickens.
Jiwon Esther Lee, MD
Emergency Medicine Physician
Dr. Lee is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician who has an extensive background in emergency departments. She has been practicing emergency medicine for over 10 years and continues to take a leading role in providing clinical and operational knowledge to balance patient care demands in emergency departments.
Dr. Lee earned her B.S. in Biology degree from John Hopkins University, Arts & Literature degree from Cumpletense Universitaria de Madrid and her Doctor of Medicine from the Texas A&M College of Medicine. Prior to joining WCGTX, Dr. Lee served as a clinical assistant professor, attending physician and medical director in various Emergency Departments. In addition, Dr. Lee holds various professional memberships with several scientific associations and has also published several articles on emergency medicine.
Lindsey Nicole Jackson, MD., M.M.S., Ph.D.
Dr. Lindsey Jackson has more than 10 years of experience specializing in Clinical Neurophysiology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. Currently, she serves as an Emergency Medicine Physician at WCGTX. Apart from serving as a medical director and Emergency Physician, she is a proud owner and medical director of Longevity Healthcare. She also serves as a Medical Director and Emergency Department Physician at Concord Medical Group.
Dr. Jackson earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M College of Medicine and graduated from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. She completed her Internship and Residency in General Surgery, her Master of Medical Science (MMS), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. She has published several articles, contributed to various books and done in-depth research in the field of medicine. She is an active member in various scientific societies and holds 3 patents including a method of treating inflammatory disease using SiRNA Thereof, herbal products in the treatment of inflammatory disease and improved surgical retractor and methods of use.
Steven Thompson, MD., M.M.S., Ph.D.
Emergency Medicine Physician
Dr. Thompson specializes in internal medicine, emergency medicine and urgent care with over 22 years of experience in the field of medicine. He is an Emergency Medicine Physician at WCGTX. Before serving across Texas in several capacities for more than 12 years, he spent almost 7 years of his career, from a medical intern to internal medicine resident to staff internist, in California.
Dr. Thompson earned his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degree from University of Arizona where he was a Research Associate from 1987-1990. He graduated from New York Medical College with his medical degree in 1994. He has also published several articles and done valuable research in the field of Medicine.
Dr. Thompson is married to Kimberley Thompson and is the proud father of six kids. He is actively involved in promoting the development of local youth through community service.
Arie Marancenbaum, MD
Dr. Marancenbaum serves as an Emergency Medicine Physician and Medical Director at WCGTX. His health care experience includes over 5 years of successful operation of patient care delivery systems in the wound care, urgent care, family practice and emergency medicine specialties. Previously, he worked with several industry renowned healthcare systems, providing crucial aid to innumerable patients.
Dr. Marancenbaum earned his B.S. in Biochemistry degree from Southern Methodist University, medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and finished his residency at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown, Texas.Dr. Marancenbaum has been an active member on various committees and is associated with many scientific boards, and has earned many awards for his dedication and passion for teaching.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and doing martial arts.
Maham Raza, MBBS
Community Health Educator
As a community health educator at Wellness & Care Group of Texas (WCGTX Inc.), Dr. Raza educates patients in making healthy lifestyle choices, finding health services and related information, develops, identifies, implements, and improves patient education materials and other tools that encourage healthy decision making. Prior to joining WCGTX, she served as a Lead Health Educator at Akhtar Saeed Trust Hospital in Lahore. She was responsible for assisting the Senior Managers of Clinical Operations with the application of Community Health Education policies and procedures and assisting with daily general operations.
Dr. Raza has done her Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery from University of Health Sciences, Lahore with Professional Training in Community Medicine, Behavioral Science and Personal Health and Wellness. With more than 2 years of experience, she has a proven success in motivating and instructing patients in both individual and group settings to achieve their personal fitness goals, reshape their minds and bodies, and help set and improve on their quality of life.
